• How do I schedule a mediation?   Two easy steps.
  
  
  1. Contact opposing counsel.   Remember -- All parties must agree to mediate.
     
     Work with opposing counsel to agree on a mediator and a date for the mediation. This is easy if each attorney has their own calendar and the mediators' availability calendar to reference while they confer.
     
     
  2. Contact WCB to lock in your date.   Three options to book your mediation.
