Welcome to the Workers' Compensation Board
	The Workers' Compensation Board is the state agency that provides timely and impartial resolution of disputes arising out of the workers' compensation and OR-OSHA law. Administrative Law Judges conduct hearings and mediations. The five member board is an appellate body that reviews Administrative Law Judges' orders.
